Meetings

Vendors:

Scheduling meetings with vendors is one of the most important tasks when it comes to maintaining a property and ensuring that the proper work is being done.

Managers schedule appointments to meet with vendors at the property. These appointments can be anytime between Monday and Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. In some special cases such as emergencies, large projects, time-sensitive projects, etc. managers may schedule to meet with vendors on weekends as well.

Board Members & Owners:

Board meetings include annual elections, budget, membership, and special circumstances.

Annual and budget meetings are scheduled according to the by-laws. All other meetings are scheduled per board and/or membership request.
